I-20 Issuance
Undergraduate students must pay their $500 deposit to request an I-20. In case a Visa is denied, they will be deferred to the next term. Refund request approvals are uncommon. Accepted Graduate students can request an I-20 after submitting the required documents. However, students who have deposited are issued I-20’s before those who have not paid.

Evaluation Updates
The University will send email updates for pending documents, pending information and evaluation decisions directly to the Student or to the Agency - AS AND WHEN AN UPDATE OR A DECISION IS AVAILALE. Student must keep Agents informed of any such emails.

Deferment Process
Undergraduate students can defer after payment of $500 deposit. For graduate students, deferrals are considered on a case-by-case basis.
