Evaluation Updates
The University will send email updates for pending documents, pending information and evaluation decisions directly to the Student or to the Agency - AS AND WHEN AN UPDATE OR A DECISION IS AVAILALE. Student must keep Agents informed of any such emails.

Deferment Process
1- Student will need to email international@uwstout.edu with their name and the term they would to defer to. Please note that new students can only start in spring and fall intakes; they cannot start in the summer. 2- Someone from the International Admissions Team will follow-up with the student regarding if they need any additional information. For example, if their declaration of finance is not dated from within the last 6 months, they may request an updated document. If the student has already deferred once before, they will be prompted to complete a new online application, as our policy states we will only defer an application once. 3-If they were previously admitted, they will receive an updated acceptance packet and I-20. If they still had an incomplete application, they will be provided an updated application checklist.
