Overview
The State University of New York Polytechnic Institute is a globally recognized public institute. It was founded in 1966 as SUNY Polys Utica. In the year 2014, the institute merged with the SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in Albany. It has a suburban setting and utilizes a semester-based calendar.
