I-20 Issuance
Evaluation Updates
Deferment Process
International undergraduate applicants - $100 (USD) non-refundable Enrollment Deposit International graduate applicants - $250.00 (USD) non-refundable Enrollment Deposit There are no waivers available. In order for the university to be able to issue I-20, the student must submit completed I-20 application at https://sites.rowan.edu/international/accepted-students.html and supporting documents to the International Center. Please visit rowan.edu/newint to guide you through applying for an I-20. While the I-20 application and supporting documents are not required for admission, it is recommended you submit these documents as early as possible to avoid processing delays. *Deposits are required prior to receiving an I-20. There are no waivers available. Enrollment deposits are applied to students tuition and fees once enrolled.
Evaluation Updates
The University will send email updates for pending documents, pending information and evaluation decisions directly to the Student or to the Agency - AS AND WHEN AN UPDATE OR A DECISION IS AVAILALE. Student must keep Agents informed of any such emails.
Deferment Process
Students interested in deferring their admission should email international@rowan.edu for assistance. Submitting a deferral request form does not guarantee your deferral request will be approved. International freshmen and graduate applicants can defer their admission offers with no penalty or fees. International freshmen and graduate students are allowed to defer their admission once. International freshmen can only defer one consecutive semester. Graduate students can defer up to one year. Students must have confirmed their original offer of admission and paid their enrollment deposit for their deferral request to be processed.
