Overview
Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) is a public university in East Anglia, United Kingdom, with roots tracing back to the Cambridge School of Art, which was founded in 1858. The institution officially became a university in 1992 and was renamed in 2005 after John Ruskin, an Oxford University professor. ARU has four main campuses located in Cambridge, Chelmsford, London, and Peterborough.
